Monte Vista won't install

What browser are you using ? Do you have issues with other Store downloads as well or do they work ?

Hi,I'm having the same exact issue. And also, the halloween clothes I've purchased are not downloading, it seems to be all of my downloaded items. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

I am having difficulties with all the downloads.  I am using internet explorer.

I can't get to the internet from the Sims launcher either.  I used to be able to.

I bought the monte vista bundle the 100 simpoints that came with it have been credited but I cant seem to find monte vista world anywhere.  

go the worlds page and see if you can download from there

Seriously wont let me download every thing is up to date and when the launcher opens Monte vista never pops up restarted tried 3 different browsers wtf yo!
