For anyone who happens to have this issue, the suggestion was to try evicting the sim in Edit Town and placing her back in her house. For those willing to use mods, NRaas MasterController with the MC Cheats add-on will allow you to add back the "pregnant" moodlet or alternatively end the pregnancy.
