you go to the St Johns Administration building and click on remove roommates or something to that extent, and it allows you to click on different roommates at a time(if you only want to remove a few you can do that too) . After that they will automatically remove everyone you clicked and thats that. thats if you want to remove the sorority house. if you want to get out of one location like the sorority house all you do it make your sim go to another location instead of the school dont get very far after you noticed your roommates have already rode the bike or something then let your sim go to the school.. because with mine, mah roommates wanted to carpool so it slowed me all the way down.
Like the above poster said, I'm pretty sure if you go to the admin building there's an option where you can request a roommate reassignment, which might help you out.
You could also just enable 'testincheatsenabled true' and then if you **bleep** & click where you want your sim to go you can teleport them to that location. Of course, be careful with this cheat enabled as it enables you to do many other things and could possibly damage your game if used wrong

Once you pick a place to live, you can't move anymore, next time your sim goes to university, make it stay in a house! Well you can wait for some roommate to die, 7 died in my dorm, it was really depressing. You can buy a tent (if you have world adventures) or a sleeping bag (if you have generations) and just sleep outside the building that you're going to have class in. If you don't want to play by the 'rules' then you can use cheats, open the cheats bar, type in testingcheatsenabled true and then teleport (shift click on the ground at the place where you want your sim to go) your sim to classes.
