funk_mandy I'd suggest trying with one more support rep and specifically asking them to remove these packs from your account (if they're there), then add them back. It sounds like you have enough proof of ownership that a support rep would be willing to do this for you.

For your custom content, that's a completely separate matter. What happens when you try to install it?
