Moving split up families to new town?

I hope this makes sense, but I was wondering if there was a way I could move a whole family to a new town? Like, I have this sim that moved out of parents home, and then she had some kids, but her parents have all her siblings living with them. Is there a way to move the whole family (I mean like the two households) to a new town, where they won't lose their mother daughter relationship and stuff like that? The two households to a new town?
