My codes are stolen! What can I do?!
Hi so I recently uninstalled all of my sims 3 games because they weren't starting up. I realized that no matter what I did (I restarted, deleted every file) nothing would work. I also realized that most of my discs (including the sims 3 base) were severely scratched. So i decided that I should use the codes to Download them on origin. But a few years ago my sister's half sister was visiting and used all of the codes for her account (without permission) so it won't let me use the codes. Is there anything I can do?! I can't have my discs replaced because it's after the 90 day warranty. I can't re-install the main sims game because there is a big gash and air bubbles in between.

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/Make sure you can prove you own the codes. And they might be able to help you.
They might not.... But it's worth the try.
