My Expansions Disappeared!

I have all Sims3 expansions and nearly all stuff packs (except 1). A few months ago i uninstalled them so i could organize my laptop and clean up my games. Recently i wanted to reinstall everything. The problem is half of my expansions and stuff packs are no longer even there to reinstall. I even looked at my account of games i own and it makes it look like i never even had them! I have no idea whats going on. Where are my expansions and stuff packs?

I hope i dont have to repurchase these thats insane as i already own them. I tried checking the launcher and they are not listed.

    @violetwytch If you right click the Sims 3 game tile in Origin client and select 'View Game Details' can you see/download your expansions from there? Or do the expansions not show up there as well?

    @violetwytch In this case please contact an Advisor and they can check your account to see if there is an issue there:

    1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
    3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
    4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
    5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
    6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
    7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

    This has happened to me!

    I was told to hover over the game and click the i

    Scroll down and they're should be you're expansion packs!

    If not!!

    If you bought them through disks place each disk in and use the same code and it should let you re download them!

    Yeah i already tried checking there. They show as not owned on that list as well which is odd. Ive always done digital downloads when buying games and expansions so i dont have discs. Ive never had this problem before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled expansions before so im wondering what happened now to make them disappear on me.

    Working on contacting Ea but the website is being slow. May have to try again later.
