My game freezing every 3 sec.

Try resetting all your Sims in your town with resetsim *

To do so

• Open the cheat console with ctl-shift-c
• Type resetsim * (including the *)

This should put all your sims and animals to a safe location.

You might have a stuck Sim somewhere

When I put the code is says to me "Unknown command". And when I tried without the * it accepted but nothing happened. My screen keep freezing

Additionally, in order to run the game my pc propose 4.5, the game requires 3.5, and my current system gives the number 4.7

I downloaded the version you gave me but when i try to run it, it says to me that there is something wrong and the update can't complete.

I have Windows 7.

It says Undated error. Found invalid file.

I bought the game from a local store with video games.
