My game is stuck in preparing download

I just paid for island paradise sims 3 and I downloaded it. My game has never been this Laggy before! I know sometimes game lags a little bit but I mean this was to the point where 2-3 minutes would pass and it would be in the same postion. I came on this page and sow a solution and followed it I quote "...try reinstalling your game..." I think 'ok that's a simple solution, how come I didn't think of that' ok blah blah so I uninstall it... And than try to re download and reinstall. It says preparing download and that's usual so I wait and I wait and guess what.... I WAIT and I wait and u wait I wait exactly 1 hour until I decide to cancel the download and do it again. Still it ceased to download so I go on this page again yet for another reason... Guess what it is??? My game is stuck on 'preparing download' type type type... I find yet another solution that YET agAIN does not work... The solution was 'make sure you don't have anything running in the background or anti virus soft ware, fire walls are blocking origin from working...' Blah blah BLAGH I ready ALL of the solutions try every Single one and now I'm frustrated I might sound like a total You know what but I'm very frustrated and I've already tried probably everything so hit me with you mr best shot (solution)
