My game still not working. (Crash)

Hello,
the game won't load for me, every time I press the play button in The sims 3 launcher, the game crashes and it takes me back to the EA app.
I have a new computer, it worked fine on the old one. I don't know what to do anymore, I wrote to support (EA support) where they tried to help me, willing and nice gentlemen, unfortunately they don't know how to help me either, so they referred me here.
