My Prism Art Studio from The Sims 3 store isn't showing up for me s I can put it in my town

I am having trouble with the Prism Art Studio from The Sims 3  store. I install it, I get every single item that comes with the set except the Prism Art Studio venue. I have tried Installing it uninstalling it dozens of times but it won't show up for me so I can put the venue in my town. I'll appreciate if anyone helps! Thanks!
