My Sims 3 Expansions from years ago did not transfer from Origin to EA?
I am missing quite a few of my expansions, I have emailed in regards to getting them back and no one will help me. Does anyone know what I can do? I had bought them on discs years ago and they were then in my Origin library. Over 5 of them did not transfer to the EA app. I do not want to have to pay for them again. Any ideas?

It sounds like these missing packs were originally registered to a different EA account than the account you're currently logging in with. Here on the forums, we wouldn't have the ability to help you locate these packs as we don't have access to your specific account information, so you'll need to get in contact with the live support team for more help.
Please reach out to live support from the help site here and provide your codes to that team so they can search what account your packs are currently tied with.
