My Sims 3 game won't load

Hi, I purchased The Sims 3 through Instant Gaming, redeemed the code, installed it, however, when starting the game it loads for a few seconds and closes by itself. I would like help with this, I have already reinstalled EA, run it as administrator, changed the game folder and still have the same error.
