• What's your operating system?
• Does the launcher start?
• Are you getting any error messages?
• How far do you get, try to describe what happens in as much details as possible (without getting too lenghty)
• Do all installed games show up in the Origin client?
• Which base game version do you have: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2014/02/sims-3-base-game-versions.html
• Which Security Software are you using (Firewall, Antivirus)?
• Do you have the disc or download version or a mix?
• Do you have any files with xctp in your documents\electronicarts\thesims3\ folder ? (those are crash logs)?
