MY SIMS 3 KEEPS RANDOMLY CRASHING!

My Sims 3 is randomly crashing on my MacOS without any warnings or lag beforehand! I have the Late Night EP and High-end loft stuff installed. I tried lowering all my graphics to the lowest setting and playing only on Sunset Valley, but it still happens. I can only play the game for 5-30 minutes before it just kicks me out. I updated my software, restarted my laptop, and used "save as" instead of "save," nothing is working. I just bought the game less than 8 hours ago 😭  i don't know what to do.

    @nikkicoleletta  Please list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.

    Please also let me know whether the game still crashes if you take your computer offline.  You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi before pressing Play.
