My Sims 3 World Bundle Won't install.

I just got the world bundle and tryed to install it. Every time I try and it bings the launchur up and it asks for me to put in the hidden code for the disk but after i enter it and accept the turms it takes me to a page that tells me " OOPS We cant process your request" This has happend to me every time on both of the disks. I had no problems when i installed my Sims 3 and my Supernatural but i just can not get World Bundle to work. I even went as far as to compleatly uninstall all my sims 3 stuff and reinstall my sims 3 to try and get it to work but nothing has changed.
