My sims wont start without deleting and installing .NET framework 3.5

I never really do this so please be patient with me, but everytime I close sims 3 I have to delete .NET Framework 3.5 and reinstall it to open it again, I have no idea why this is and can't find a cl...

Hi!, I did the reinstall and it still don't work, I'd love to post my Dxdiag but I have no idea what page you'd need, really sorry.

You have to click on "save all information" and post the text file here.

May I ask if you have other problems with your windows?
