My Stylist can't perform her job since last update!.

I had the same problem.

What I had to do was go to the career panel and click the little icon that says go to work and it sent my sim off to do the job and called the Sim getting the makeover to the house. Once they are their they find each other or you find them and you click offer make over. The current job pop up will appear and you will be able to do the makeover.
