Need Help With Unicorn Issues

Question

So I had a male unicorn join my family and he got my female pet horse pregnant. I released unicorn back into the wild and my female horse had her foal. The foal is a GIRL unicorn yet it has a beard. What is really annoying me is I went&nbsp;into create a sim and got rid of it, yet when I go back to the household mode she still has it. The beard is not visible in create a sim OR on her little sim icon in family mode, but shows up on her. It's driving me nuts. Tried re-starting game and clearing cache. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advanced for any help!&nbsp;

Are you using any custom content ?

Yes mostly hair and clothes that I downloaded off TSR (TheSimsResource)

Could you try without for testing purposes ?

Backup your save by saving it under a new name
Remove your custom content
Try the save if you still have the issue
