I installed a house from the store in the game..and I dont know where it is in the game. Please help me

you mean a house from the exchange ? once house or building is downloaded and installed then in game click on the three dots -edit town in the second tab click on that (see image ) is where houses are found to place in game yourself if the house you download has sims living in the house already then that will be in the first tab households which you place ingame you self too
