kyan1531 It sounds like you might have broken the launcher. It could have been fixable initially, had you not kept reinstalling other content, but now that you have, I think the best approach is to install your Store and custom content into a clean folder and move your other files over afterwards. Except in your case, install the cc you want to use first, and if it breaks the launcher again, you'll need to figure out which items are a problem and not use those. You can keep creating new Sims 3 folders to test with. Once you've figured that out, then you can install your Store content, test again, and then move over the other files you want to keep.
Please also keep in mind that installing many items at a time can break the installed content even when it would otherwise work fine. So install in batches of no more than six items at a time, and worlds one at a time, to try to avoid the issue.
