No class schedule

They were a new save now the image below were an old save before Uni and its a bit weird. While the new save didn't have any degree history, the old save did yet there was no progress bar or schedule.

Think I need to clear something up here.

There are two kind of StoreFixes.

The official Store Updates that you find in the content patch folder. Those are not the issue

The inofficial Premium Content fixes. Those are basically mods and ARE the issue. Those will be in your mods folder.

In regards to missing progress bars:
Follow these steps!

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+C to bring up the cheat box.
2. Type in "resetsim
3. Press Enter.
4. Your Sim has probably moved from where they were before, but check to see if there is a progress bar now.

If the problem persists after following these steps, please post!

EDIT: I have a class schedule! I took out all of the MTS mods and store fixes. I noticed that after clicking "No" to Content Updates, it created a folder with a don't remind me until next update file. This time, I clicked "later" when the notification popped up in the launcher - and the content fixes folder stayed empty. I'm not sure if this made a difference this time or my MTS mods were the problem.
I do want to re-iterate that I have a ton of Twallan mods still installed (NOT the 4 problem ones).

Quick question...how do you remove the store fixes?

Documents/ElectronicArts/TheSims3 There's a folder Titled "Content Patch". That's what I assumed it was. I removed that folder.

No, that's not what you're after. The store fixes are in my documents/electronic arts/sims 3/mods/packages, but only if you manually installed them. They are not ea.

But if you deleted your mods folder and then your class schedule appeared, I'm gonna assume that you did install them. In the packages folder, you're looking for these three:
StoreFix_DecrapFixes
StoreFix_Fixes
StoreFix_UnAwesome

Delete them. This won't delete store content, just reactivate all the bugs ea hasn't fixed yet.

Btw, I have nraas mods installed and they seem safe so far. Granted I haven't played much yet, but at least they don't contribute to this bug.

Holy yeah it worked! I just deleted the

StoreFix_DecrapFixes
StoreFix_Fixes
StoreFix_UnAwesome

and i removed the Content Patch Folder and I got my classes. I'm not sure if you can do one without the other but I did both. I'm not sure if I can actually go to classes yet...so I'll update.

UPDATE: I can actually go to classes btw and study, things I couldn't do before.

Here's the thing people, most of us have mods. I have Nraas, store fixes, Ani's mod, etc. It just much more fun with mods. No one really want's to play a mod-free Sims3. I did what others have suggested by taking out my entire mod folder, and whata ya know, my sim has a class schedule. No surprise there.When I put it back in the game, of course blank schedule once again. Like every other patch, this will require the skills of our loveable mod-makers to find a solution. Since this expansion pack is just a day and a half old, we'll just have to hold on for a new ccmerge or storefix. For me playing modless is just not an option. Sorry! :(

remove the storefixes. I'm sure they will be updated soon. Is it fun to play with a broken game ? Mods are fine but they still need updating with every patch/ep

I did the unthinkable, I deleted everything & started from scratch (that was a tough decision to make) the more I tried to fix the problem the worst I made it

13 of my 15 EP'S & SP'S were direct download so I have been working on this since yesterday. All are installed now I have all the patches including the store one's (I have not installed any MODS or custom Content, I have installed all my store content). UL seems to be running like it is supposed to so I don't think it has anything to do with store patches (If I have been reading this thread right).

I am tired and frustrated over all these reinstalls and then reinstalling a whole lot of store content. Will start testing my MODS tomorrow by process of elimination ( would bet the farm it's a MOD issue and not a store issue.

P.S. If anyone is interested Twallen has updated the traveling MOD to those who dare.
