Okay they just started showing up randomly, I guess it takes a few days in Fall for the visual effects to start showing up even though leaves are already on the ground.
@wexxam You can use the app, or you can add your GPU and address the texture memory issue by hand if you prefer. In the latter case, if you'd like help, please post the section of DeviceConfig between Graphics device info and Options, where you found the previous information, and I'll write out the instructions.
If you do use the app instead, make sure to launch the game once before checking DeviceConfig again, and let me know what you find.
