    @BillFlowerpot I have found thus far 1 mod that stops the consignment and Seasons concession store being manned 'AutoGardeningwithDispose' This is a shame as 'Seasons' is my favourite expansion pack and I like the idea of gardening being autonomous. Non the less this mod has been binned. Thank you Pusslezaddict for your interest and reply.

@BillFlowerpot  There shouldn't be any reason that those particular packs prevent a consignment specialist from spawning.  Could you start a new save in Twinbrook and see whether you get one, just to check?  Please let the save run through Monday afternoon, in case it takes a day for the game to assign the sim.

If you'd rather not mess around with any of this, you could use NRaas Register to manually assign a sim to work the register.  Details on how to use the mod are on the NRaas site.

    @puzzlezaddict Than you for your reply. I have since discovered that a mod is causing the problem. I have yet to determine which one is the cuprite.
