No options for 'read mind' and 'make a sim think about me'

Hi, I'm currently playing with a vampire sim in Bridgeport. I have all Eps and Sps installed. Long time ago, I was able to use 'read mind', 'mind control'? and 'make a sim think about me' with my vam...

    I got the answer myself.

    This is my customized vampire sim. Now he can get 'read mind' and 'make a sim think about me'.

    Wonderful..! So I believed what you said about the relationship. Because they are his good friends. But..there was another thing happened. He was able to get the 2 options with some mixologists in Prosperous Room lounge and they are strangers to him.

    And..I noticed this vampire moodlet.

    I waited until the next morning.

    This is his good friend and housemate. Now the options have gone.

    It looks like these 2 options work during the night time while the Vampire Vigor moodlet is activated.

    Thanks for helping my issue.  I just would have given up to find the solution without you. 🙂

@aodoherty  I doubt reinstalling the game will accomplish anything.  If you want, you can run a repair instead: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  This will restore default versions of any modified game files, including the .sgr files, so if you've edited them, set your modified copies aside and put them back after the repair is finished.

Just checking, but are the sims you've targeted human?  Is it nighttime in the game?  Please also test on a sim your vampire has a high relationship with; you can use MC > Intermediate > Long-term Relationship: by value to set the relationship to 80 or whatever.
