Double check your in-game audio settings in the 'Option' menu under the speaker tab, and try setting your audio quality to 'high' and making sure that you have selected the proper speaker setup for your audio configuration to see if that makes a difference. If you make any changes to the audio settings, restart the game to ensure that the changes take effect.
