Your audio driver may or may not be outdated with a listed date of 3/7/2011, but it is worth checking either way. If you feel comfortable attempting an audio driver update, I recommend visiting the website of the system manufacturer of your computer, Sony in this case, to see if there are any available updates for your specific model and setup. Make certain that the date of the driver on the website, is later than the one highlighted in red in this post. If not, then I recommend waiting to see what suggestion/solution that EA will come up with.
In the mean time, you can also check your in-game audio settings in the 'Option' menu under the speaker tab, and try setting your audio quality to 'high' and making sure that you have selected the proper speaker setup for your audio configuration.[/quot
Thank you so much for the help! I updated my drivers as well as fixed the sound in my option and now I can hear my singer sing!
