I don't believe that the dance sphere has been mentioned before, so thank you for taking the time to post that bit of information.
Your audio driver is updated with a listed date of 12/13/2011. You'll have to wait to see what suggestion/solution that EA will come up with.
In the mean time, you can also check your in-game audio settings in the 'Option' menu under the speaker tab, and try setting your audio quality to 'high' and make sure that you have selected the proper speaker setup for your audio configuration.
