No way to redeem simpoints

Hello. Looking for assistance with redeeming my free simpoints from game purchase since three locations require simpoints to unlock.

I've tried reaching out to help desk and following their instructions from trying different browsers, to deleting cache, and everything else they've suggested. The orange button doesn't show up to redeem my points no matter what. They basically told me this is a new issue (despite being a forum question for the last 12 years on and off) and there was nothing they or I could do until they get an update. Anything else that's worked for any one to get their sim points redeemed? If the $10 store credit for the base game and adventure could be redeemed on EA games, that would be fine but they said they cannot assist me at all with any additional solutions.

krouchr&nbsp; The function to redeem SimPoints hasn't worked for months, and there's no indication it's coming back.&nbsp; And to my knowledge, there has never been a way to convince EA support to add the points manually when they didn't appear on their own.&nbsp; So there is unfortunately no way to get free points.
If you want to buy some, you can do so through the EA App.&nbsp; Click Sims 3 &gt; Add-ons, and Sims 3 Currency should be the first option.&nbsp; I realize that's not what you want to hear, but it's the only current option for acquiring these worlds, unfortunately.
If you do end up buying points, please be aware that Sunlit Tides standard goes on sale once every 82 days or so, for 1127 points rather than 2450.&nbsp; Serenity Retreat, the venue that comes with the gold edition, is on sale several times during the Daily Deal rotation, the cheapest price being 513 points rather than 1539.&nbsp; So if you're patient, you can get a lot more for your points.&nbsp; Please see this thread for more information, and feel free to ask for Daily Deal help in general there too:

Thank you for your help! That’s unfortunate to hear but I appreciate the advice for other options. Insane that they can say this is a new issue knowing it’s not.&nbsp;
