This is the only family that I've played in this hood. What might have happened is that the oldest son had an opportunity to do something in China. When he arrived, the quest was gone! That also has never happened to me. I wonder though, if this was a way that the game or overwatch or whatever prompted me to take action to correct the error. When he got home, the daughter was showing up in the snapshot of the family as the household was loading and I thought that was a bit strange, but when the household was finished loading there she was!
@Sonshine77 Then I really have no idea what happened. If none of your sims had been to a WA world, the game would have had no reason to generate a new sim to fill one of those worlds, and there wouldn't have been a stealth pregnancy while you were playing someone else. I haven't ever heard of this in the absence of one of those explanations, even among regular mod users. So I don't know what to tell you.
