Not getting Free SimPoints From Ads - FIXED - PLEASE READ HERE BEFORE POSTING A NEW THREAD

So for the past 2 days I've been clicking the bonus simpoints button in the Sims store. The add pops up and the video plays, and everything seems like it worked. A message pops up saying that it wil take anywhere between 10 minutes to 24 hours for them to show up in my account. seeing as its been 48 hours since my first attempt, I dont know what is going on. Is this happening to anyone else?

no your not the only one others are affected too there are some threads on the forum about it in this thread SimGuruHydra  posted yesterday about it

I watched them over 24hours ago and since then I have watched another video and the points for that have come through. I would say it was about 2 days ago when I watched them!

Really annoyed because I want to buy a new hairstyle from the store but I cannot afford it yet as the points have not come through. 😕mileymad:

But thais doesnt answer my other questions. I know youre trying to fix this, but this thread is only other customers, like me, talking about thier experiences with the simspoints not working.

I can watch the bonus videos to get simpoints and it says it goes through but even after 24 hours my simpoints haven't updated
