not loging in on game through sims 3 account
Please help!!! My Sims 3 will not log in on EA when I try to pay the game...... Outside game works pretty good . Just when I try to play and log in. Thank you!

Try clearing your IE Browser cache.
There's also a file in documents\electronicarts\thesims3\downloads that has your email address as file name. Delete that.- @crinrict thank you
