Nothing happens when I try to log in on the sims exchange

WhenI log in to the Sims3 exchange, nothing happens. I push enter or click ok ad then it just goes back to the home page, still showing "log in".

I know my log in details are correct and my game is up to date, so what's going on? I can download anything because it won't let me log in! :/

    Can you log in at another location - like the home page, your My Page, the Store, etc?

    Try clearing your browser cache or using another browser
