Old Sims 3 expansion packs

@bella_guz33  Does your current computer run Windows or macOS?  Do you still have access to any previous computer where Sims 3 was installed?  If so, you might be able to find the other product codes there.

However, it sounds like you did already register most of your content.  Even if you never used Origin, you might have created an account on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com ) and added the packs there.  That site and Origin/the EA App share information, so a code used in one place would register as used in the other.

If you did have an account on that site, just sign into Origin or the EA App with the same email address and password, and your content should appear in your game library.  If you don't remember what email you might have used, enter any address you still have access to on any EA site and click "Forgot your password?"  If the address in question is associated with an EA account, it should receive a password-recovery email.

I have both Windows and MacOS, but ultimately want to play on macOS. Unfortunately the original computer broke, the windows computer has Sims 3 and the expansion packs: Seasons and Supernatural, the macOS has Sims 3 and Seasons. I’ve only been able to find Outdoor Living Stuff, Seasons and Supernatural disks and their codes.

Visited the sites you provided, and cannot find any of my packs there and tried to redeem the codes I was able to find which came up with an invalid error. I also tried to redeem the codes through origin and also gave me the invalid error.

@bella_guz33  If the old computer worked at all, even a little bit, you might be able to find the product codes in its registry:

The only other suggestion I have is to contact EA customer support and ask for help figuring out what account registered these codes.  A support rep wouldn't be able to tell you outright, but they might be able to give some hints.  If you can then establish that you're the owner of the account, you could request that it be merged with your current one.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

Other than that, there's unfortunately nothing you can do to recover the codes.  But you could install via disc in Windows at least, provided your base game disc was manufactured prior to September 2012.  (The newer ones require Origin, now the EA App, to be present and managing the install process.)  That's not ideal if you'd rather play on your Mac, but it might be better than nothing.  And the 64-bit Mac version has its own problems even beyond the usual Sims 3 issues, so it's hardly ideal either.
