Only able to access the base game on EA App

Origin required me to download the EA App to play my games, after downloading the EA App it only shows that I own the base game for Sims 3 and Sims 4. I can't redeem them using a code on the sims3 website as my purchase orders from 2019/2020 say to access them through Origin. Have I lost access to all the expansion packs I have bought?

@SoJeSh If you open your EA App game library and click Sims 3, then Manage > Manage add-ons, do you see any packs listed there? What about for Sims 4? Please let me know which packs appear, if any, for each game, and which you're missing.
