Orgin account lost all games and wont le me re install them becuase it says code had been used

i played sims 3 on my pc same computer same everything i logged on a while ago and my games were gone. when i tried to play them they wanted me to re istall it. i used my activation code and it says the codes been used, well yeah by me the first **bleep** time installing it. i want to play my game man.

If you games are missing out of your account you need to contact EA directly to fix your account. This forum is for players helping players and we can not access accounts
