Origin and redeeming codes

Hi,

I have recently purchased Sims 3 Into The Future on EBAY via redeemable code.  I have entered the code on Origin, which was accepted but I do not know how or where to download the game, I have tried entering the redeem code again but it says it has already been redeemed, can anyone help please?

    @rebexikahHi there

    To download your games:

    • Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
    • Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
    • Go to your My Games
    • Download

    I already had origin installed but reinstalled anyway, it has bought up confirmation of the game in my purchase history but the game isn't appearing on my 'My Games' page. Any ideas please?

    Hi,

    I found the game eventually, thought it would have the expansion pack separate but was in my Sims 3 game 🙂  Thank you for your help :D
