Origin cancelled my order after paying

I purchased an online copy of the sims 3 deluxe edition and paid by paypal. The money went through and I received a receipt from paypal as well as origin saying the money went through and all was fine and dandy, the game downloaded and I started playing. That was on the 24 of jan, now it is the 27 of jan and i receive an email saying the money didnt go through and they cancelled my order and i am now no longer able to open my copy of the sims, but the money is still gone from my account. This is the only way i can find to get my problem out there, as i cant find an email address and the "live chat" has over an hour wait. Hoping someone of importance will see this thread.

  • Unfortunately, this is a public forum and the help comes from other simmers.

    If you go back to the Customer Support page and make the selections of Origin, Billing/Purchasing and PC, you should get a phone number listed underneath the Answer HQ box. You can then try phoning them. (I can't give you the number I get, as I'm from the UK and yours will be different if you are in a different country).

    Other than that, you'll have to have patience and wait in the Live Chat queue I'm afraid.
