Origin Online Chat
I do not by any means have an issue with finding the online tech support chat diddley bobber. My problem is that they never get answered. Twice I have given up after an hour to an hour and a half to call in and get support. I just got off the phone with support, when I realized something went wrong and I wanted to get in touch with the tech support again. Being shy and not wanting to call back I tried to go online and get help. Honestly, I just want to know if anyone has this problem or if there is a reason that I can never get help over the Live chat.
