make sure your logging into the right account if you have more than one account and that origin is up to date if the games are missing then contact CS

http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/ - I've seen that FAQ already, but it didn't help.
I'm pretty sure I logged into the right Origin account. I had all of my games and the same username...
