Unless they've changed that you can, sort of. Just reinstall everything in the order of their release dates and not patch at all. Your base game should then be at the patch level of your most recent EP or SP. Unlike PC users Mac users cannot, however, roll back to a specific patch level, because EA removes every older Mac patch as soon as a newer one is released.
