SHJdeJ95 Please contact EA customer support to ask about the status of these packs: not just whether they're still on your account but whether the codes are active and valid. If you bought the content from EA, try to find e-receipts or other proof of purchase, take screenshots, and upload these when you submit the help request.
If you originally bought these packs via disc, and still have the discs, take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). You can upload these as well.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
lqdar2pnugxu lavendermoon13 If your packs also show as "installed" in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons, but do NOT show in the launcher's Expansions & Stuff packs tab, the above applies to you as well. If your situation is different, for example if you see "in-game content" in the EA App rather than "installed," let me know.
