Everything is possible. There must be something going on or else we all had the issue.
They did have a similar issue with the Store Patch last week. It would download/install for some but not for so many. Next day it was fixed.
I think I'm going to check on the German Forum for a while to see how the feedback is there. Shouldn't be as busy since most are probably already gone to bed.
