I have the same issue, but with High-end Loft Stuff. The game is installed, but not showing in the launcher. I also contacted EA via the chat, and none of their suggestions solved the problem. Clearing cache does not work, unfortunately

If you've already tried clearing the cache and the mismatch still exists, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check the folder where your base game is installed (usually C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 3\) for the separate subfolders representing each pack.
- Look for the High-End Loft Stuff pack to confirm it was actually installed.
If the pack shows as "Installed" in the EA app but doesn't have a corresponding subfolder, it wasn't fully installed. - If High-End Loft Stuff isn't in that folder, or if it's there but still missing from the launcher, uninstall the pack, restart the EA app, and reinstall it.
- Launch the game to see if it appears.
