To be clear. No prob with Pets GAME code/download/play. Strictly bonus content.
Try to redeem the code here: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html where it says redeem a code.
Not sure if the code still works though. Pets bonus content has expired in my opinion.
If it doesn't work, try if a game advisor is willing to give it to you anyways
