@1b34c845b89a7c707b74c0eb26717586 First - the disk version comes with and installs SecuROM and SafeDisc. These are no longer supported by Windows. When you bought the game you should have a pamphlet with a code on the back. This code can only be used once. Once the code is accepted it can not be re-entered. When Windows stopped supporting SecuROM the DRM changed to Origin. If you activated your game with the code you should have an Origin account. At this point you could download the digital version from Origin or download the latest patch which will disable SecuROM and SafeDisc and you will no longer need a disk to play. I have bought packs from Amazon and they came with a code. After redeeming the code that item was listed as owned on Origin and I was able to download it and install it. If you try to enter your codes now they may (should) work. If the codes do not work you will have to contact an EA game consultant as this is a public open user to user forum and user accounts can not be accessed here.
