Physical Disc Ownership Dispute - Support Chat Disconnected (#242909602)

I am seeking help regarding expansion packs I physically own. My codes were registered to another account without my consent. I have reached out to Live Chat multiple times (#242909602), but agents are closing the chat before I can provide my physical proof. I have photos of the discs, cases, and serial codes ready for verification. Could a Community Manager please escalate this to a specialist who can review my physical evidence? EA_Solaire​

    I am unable to do this as the codes were registered by someone else without my knowledge or consent by someone who had lived in the same household in the past. I do not have contact with this person or their account as I didn't know they had redeemed them at the time. EA_Solaire​

    If the codes have been redeemed on a different EA account, you'd need to provide ownership of that other EA account in order for live support to help. If you're not able to verify that you're the owner of that second EA account, the live support team will not be able to make any changes to that account. 

    You'd need to continue working with live support to verify your ownership.

    I have spoken to multiple agents that all close the case before I can even provide my photo evidence simply stating they can't do anything due to the code's being redeemed by another account. Is their anything that can be done further just because it's a lot of cd packs that I own but can't access. EA_Solaire​
