@Butterflyholix This is a known issue with plants and Seasons. Do you use mods, or are you willing to try a few? If so, let me know.
Otherwise, try moving your sim to a different lot for at least one full sim-day and then back. Quit and reload the game between moves.

I have no mods
@Butterflyholix If you don't want to add mods, the only suggestion I have, other than deleting the plants, is moving your sims away for a sim-day, then back. If you do want to add mods, at least temporarily, there are other steps you can try as well. Let me know.

@puzzlezaddict I dont want to add mods , no matter how many times I delete my plant , it will happen again and again ☹️
@Butterflyholix Are you saying this happens with newly-planted plants as well? If so, what's the weather currently like in-game?
And I still think you should try moving your sim to a different lot and back, with a sim-day in between, to see if that resets things.

@puzzlezaddict spring .yes , with newly-planted
@Butterflyholix Spring can still have frosts and therefore make plants dormant. Please test in summer if you haven't already, just to keep things simple. You can cheat the season by bringing up the cheats console (ctrl-shift-C) and entering testingcheatsenabled true , then shift-clicking on the ground. You don't need to save your progress.

thanks , I solved using "moveobjects" to inside my house . but I think it's unfair to have something I'd paid for and not work as it should. Everything should work without forcing me to cheat
