With this, EA does need to supply you with a new code. It's been there before the current issue.
There's no way of telling which game it is, but I would contact them again and tell them although the other issue is supposed to be fixed, you still have a problem and if they can give you new codes for the two new games.
I've tried. They brush me off. :manfrustrated:
Still ? Even with the issue fixed now ?
