Please enter the Registration code found either in your confirmation email...

you need to input the 20 digit code code in the boxes in the window that popped up...did you try that yet ?

also the code will be in the my games tab right click the game icon-view game details-click on that again a window should be pop open with the 20 digit code make a note of it

depending on what browser your using try clear the Internet cache and switch browsers  if using chrome,safari or opera try IE or firefox

The code is there when the window pops up, and I click ok, but it keeps popping up until I click cansel.

I have also copied my code to "refresh" it, but the same happens. 

i got myself windows 7, so everything on my computer is installed from scratch.

I have re-installed the game, but the same thing pops up...
